设备简介 Introduction

此设备实现铁片自动粘胶并贴到纸张上的功能，设备上纸张和上铁片都是采用直线往复电机来实现，送料机械手是采用伺服马达和取料气缸组成,运行速度快、精准度高、稳定性能高；取料是采用真空吸盘，吸力大稳定性能高；胶水是采用白色乳胶，白色乳胶装在胶桶上通过气压将胶压出，可调节相应气压表或出胶延时来控制出胶量，可做到节约用胶。

This equipment realizes the function of automatically bonding and pasting the iron sheets to the paper, it feeds papers and iron sheets by liner reciprocating motor. The feeding robot is composed of a servo motor and a reclaiming cylinder, it runs fast with high precision and high stability. Vacuum suction cups with great suction and high stability are used for the feeding. The glue we used is white latex. It's places in the plastic bucket and pressed out by air pressure. The amount of glue can be controlled by adjusting the corresponding barometer or time lapse to save glue.

设备采用PLC为主机来控制，反应速度快、稳定性能高，并且用触摸屏来显示，操作简单、方便、易懂，所有的参数都可在触摸屏上设置，所有的报警都会通过触摸屏显示出来，维护简单。

PLC system is adopted for the equipment with fast reaction and high stability. Computer touch screen is easy to understand and operate. All parameters can be set by the touch screen. The alarms will be displayed on the screen for simple maintenance.
